First of all, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore the main shopping areas and attractions. As mentioned in one of the reviews, it is close to popular markets like Kim Yong and large departmental stores like Robinsons and Central.

All in all, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience with no major issues.

Staying within 15 minutes’ walk from lee garden plaza was wonderful. In love with kosit. Location, walking distance to all attractions. We enjoyed everything:)))

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hat Yai. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the town, close to local markets and shopping complexes. I was able to easily explore the area and indulge in some retail therapy. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with basic facilities that were in good working condition. The attention to detail, from the clean linen to the good illumination, made my stay truly enjoyable.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I can't fault anything.

I found this hotel to be conveniently located with easy access to the train station and Lee Garden Plaza area. Additionally, there were a few good dining options nearby including an Indian restaurant called Nameste Orange and a halal restaurant. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel has a central location, close to major shopping centers and restaurants. It's also within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing guidance and recommendations. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the excellent housekeeping service, as our room was always kept clean and tidy.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high during the night due to people talking and moving around in the hallways. , the breakfast offered could have had more variety to cater to different tastes.

There was no kettle in the room, making it inconvenient to make tea or coffee. the pillows and mattresses were much too hard for my liking and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
